MATTHEW DREW

With a passion for sales and marketing, a spark that ignited in him at a young age, his natural charisma and knack for understanding people’s needs made him standout. Despite his love for sales and marketing, life had other plans for him. He pursued a degree in engineering, leading to a successful career in the oil and gas industry.

For years, Matthew thrived in his engineering role, but something was always missing. He couldn’t shake off the frustration that came with being on the receiving end of thousands of cold calls, sales pitches, and interactions with inadequate salespeople. Every time he needed a quality vendor, the search process turned into a daunting task, filled with dead ends and disappointments. This constant struggle planted a seed in Matthew’s mind. He realized that the oil and gas industry, despite its advancements in technology and operations, was lagging in the realm of sales and marketing

To position Black Belt Oilfield Marketing to take advantage of the paradigm shift to client-specific issues with digital, personalized approaches, Matthew searched through hundreds of people to find partners with not only the correct skillset but also the motivation to make a difference to clients. Nick Lee, is a passionate digital marketing strategist that has spent over a decade studying and applying modern psychology principles to sales and marketing.


He specializes in creating predictable digital acquisition systems through his innovative Holy Trinity System, which has scaled businesses across 17 industries. A master closer, Nicholas teaches elite businesses and entrepreneurs to dramatically increase their close rates using proven scripts and sales processes. He has generated over $100M for clients in just three years and authored "REVENUE: Create, Generate, & Automate." Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona University and has received multiple top industry awards for his work.

MATTHEW NAGLEY

Matthew Nagley, with over a decade of management experience, is an adept Accounts Director specializing in customer success and delivering client-focused solutions. His role involves meeting with clients to discuss project statuses, data metrics, and new strategies to enhance client success.

In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, Nagley creates proposals for new clients, negotiates service contracts, and oversees client onboarding. He ensures clients are well informed about the processes implemented, fostering trust and confidence in their partnership.

Nagley's career began in the plumbing trade, where he quickly rose from apprentice to foreman. After graduating from trade school, he transitioned into construction management, working as a Construction Superintendent at Integrated Project Services in Blue Bell, PA. There, he managed large-scale projects, including those in the pharmaceutical industry, with budgets up to $500 million. He supervised construction crews, ensured job site safety, and maintained project specifications, working closely with upper management and clients to resolve on-site issues.
